What a Lack of statistical data in early pregnancy test diagnosis "tell" us about a localized situation (country, region, mainland) for women?

It reminds me of something from 2015-2018. An interesting art project on technology: The Library of Missing Datasets by Mimi Onuoha The idea is to question who decides what data is useful to collect, and who and what it actually excludes.

For example, in the missing data listed: − the list of people on lists of intelligence agencies − A measure of the effect of corruption on the economy − Older LGBT people discriminated against in finding housing
